What sizes and measurements do the sheet sets come in ?
All sizes are standard New Zealand bed linen sizes . We provide an extra allowance for shrinkage after washing .
Should i expect stocks to come back on sale once sold out ?
Unfortunately all our prints and sets are limited stocks and come in limited numbers as we have only just started . As per demand we will be creating new sets every season and therefore once an item is sold out it will only be replaced by our new and improved design every time! This is something unique to our brand and we hope to bring you amazing new styles and quality you will love!

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times may vary depending on whether your set is in stock or its a pre-order. Regardless we will update you via email about the status .

I am not happy with my order, can it be returned?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund ( conditions apply . Please refer to shipping and returns policy) .Once we have received the product , minus the shipping, we will process a full refund . Alternatively you're welcome to select another bed sheet set if you like by only paying your shipping. We will replace it and ship it out the next day.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@haumnz.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Can you ship my order to Australia?
Yes we can! Our standard shipping to Australia is $25 nzd.
